A brief History

Originally the Home of Senator W. Duff and family (c.1911), we are ideally situated on a quiet corner, a 10 minute stroll to Old-Town shops and restaurants.

You will find that Alicion Bed & Breakfast is unique in several ways. For uncompromising comfort, our rooms are bright, spacious and well-appointed, each with a different nature theme. Each room has a large, private ensuite bathroom, two with hydrotherapy tubs. We are geared for relaxation!

Our common area is free to use by everyone who is staying here at Alicion Bed & Breakfast. The living room boasts traditional furnishings with a contemporary twist, books on local information, and personal artwork and details making a connection between Bermuda and Lunenburg. The entrance foyer has a wide selection of information of what’s happening in Lunenburg and area, while on the stair landing there is a small selection of books and CDs to browse.
